Method
1. Wash lettuce, pat dry and refrigerate
2. Remove meat from cooked chicken
3. Slice or pull apart to shred
4. Arrange salad mix on a large platter
5. Top with shredded chicken, avocado, mango and onion
6. Drizzle with Lemon Lime EVVO. Add fresh lime juice, cracked pepper and salt. Lightly toss.
7.Top with crunchy noodles and coriander
7. Serve immediately
This recipe can also be made with Mandarin EVVO. Substitute fresh lime for fresh orange or mandarin juice.
