Traditional Brushetta with Basil & Thyme EVVO

Ingredients
Fresh Bread (ciabatta, sourdough)
1 Cloves of Garlic
2 Large Tomatoes
1 Salad Onion
1/2 Cup Fresh Basil
Balsamic Vinegar
Basil & Thyme EVVO
Salt and pepper

Method
1. Thickly slice fresh bread
2. Rubbed garlic over sliced bread and drizzle with EVVO
3. Place in oven on 200°C for 4 minutes
4. Seed and dice tomatoes. Combine with finely chopped onion, 1/2 cup fresh basil, salt and cracked pepper
4. Add a spalsh of balsamic vinegar and a huge spash of Basil & Thyme EVVO. thyme
5.Top bread and serve
