Lemon Lime Olive Oil Cake

Ingredients
4 Eggs
3/4 Cup Caster Sugar
Rind of 1 lemon and 1 lime
250g S.R. Flour
2 tsp Salt
2/3 Cup Lemon and Llime EVVO
1/2 Cup Chopped or Flaked Almonds

Method
1. Preheat oven 180°C, oil and sprinkle tin with almond meal.
2. Beat eggs and sugar for 5 minutes. Fold in the rinds, sifted flour and salt.
3. Add the oil and almonds.
4. Bake for 1 hour.
