Gluten Free Pizza Bases - makes one small based approx 25cm
Ingredients
1 cup S.R. Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 Free range Egg
2 tbls Early Harvest Olive Oil
Method
1. Mix eggs, milk and olive oil to light batter.
2. Add wet mix to dry mix to bring together.
3. Knead until smooth and elastic.
4. Roll or push out onto pizza tray that has been greased with olive oil.
5. Top with fresh tomato, basil, bocconcini, anchovies and olives.
6. Bake on 240°C degrees for 10-15 minutes.
