Quick Warm Bean and Potato Salad
with Lemon and Lime Agrumato Poppyseed Dressing
A great accompaniment to BBQ'd meats!
Ingredients
250g Diced Potatoes
250g Green Beans
100g Baby Peas (frozen)
Handful Baby Spinach
Method
1. Steam or microwave potatoes for 10 minutes or until cooked
2. Steam or microwave beans for 3-5 minutes
3. Transfer to a large bowl. Mix together hot beans, potatoes, add frozen peas, toss
4. Add baby spinach and a splash of Lemon Lime Poppyseed Dressing
